Disabling iPhone incoming calls on Mac OS X.
If you have a Mac and own an iPhone it’s possible to use your Mac to make and receive calls when both devices are nearby.
For me this is annoying because usually i have both devices on the desk. And both start ringing and applications on Mac are dropped to second plan automatically.
So I decided to disable cellular connection between Mac and iPhone. Making that also disabled incoming iPhone calls on Mac. So let’s see how to do that.
How to How to disable iPhone incoming Calls on Mac
1 – Open FaceTime then go to top menu and open “Preferences“. Or use “⌘” + “,” from Apple Keyboard.
That’s it. When you disable Calls From iPhone only iPhone will ring for an incoming call. You can also use this settings menu to select the phone number to start new calls from. And also to change the Mac Ringtone.
